The fall is the best time to start a new with swimming and biking. Looking back at the triathlon season and thinking about the races you have completed and how did you do at each one of those races. Did you feel tired going it? Did you over train or under train? Did you have some obstacles with life that prevented you from doing your best? Remember to congratulate yourself no matter what the outcome as you are doing something that most people do not. You get up early to train year round. You put in that extra hour of training here and there. You push yourself to be the best you can be in your family, at work, and with your sports.
The next season starts now but only at a mild intensity. It is time to get back in the pool and get off that bike every weekend. Change the pace and don't worry about all those bike and swimming goals.
Go out and do more runs as this is the perfect time to stay cool while running!
Enjoy it before it gets too cold outside.
